ISUOG is the leading global medical association that facilitates, provides and promotes education and research in the field of ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology. The continued growth and development of our activities by members, and for our members, are key to our success.
As an open and inclusive society, the Board of Trustees want to encourage greater member involvement in ISUOG’s Committees, Sub-Committees and Special Interest Groups. We regularly seek new members to lead and contribute to the delivery of ISUOG’s mission and objectives, whilst ensuring that the representation reflects the diversity of our international community.
Questions
How do I apply to be a Chair or Member of an ISUOG Committee or Sub-Committee?
With member rotations occurring regularly once a year at the time of the Society’s Annual General Meeting across Trustees, Committees, Sub-Committees, Ambassadors, Special Interest Groups, etc., there will be a number of Chair and Member positions available again this year, should you wish to contribute to the expansion of the Society’s mission-driven by ISUOG Committees, Sub-Committees and other volunteer groups.
The application process, including essential criteria and instructions about how to apply for the Committee and/or Task Force membership, or become ISUOG Ambassador or member of the Special Interest Group, will be available on this page from 31 March 2023 until 19 April 2023. The actual recruitment process will run from early April to end of June 2023, with final appointments and re-appointments confirmed by mid-July 2023. All new appointments and re-appointments will commence at the time of the Society’s Annual General Meeting in October 2023.
