Course description

This course is the first instalment in a two-part series centred around the ISUOG Practice Guidelines on the performance of third trimester obstetric ultrasound scan. This course outlines critical recommendations for conducting the third-trimester ultrasound scan and management in the third trimester explored through recent lectures and published literature from experts in the field from around the world. The focus areas explored here include small-for-gestational age (SGA) and large-for-gestational age (LGA), evaluation of amniotic fluid volume and fetal well-being, and third trimester management for pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, and breech presentation.
