Why do this course?
The incidence of caesarean scar pregnancy and placenta accreta spectrum disorders (PAS) is increasing because of the mounting rate of caesarean sections. Early and appropriate diagnosis of these conditions is essential for adequate counselling and management of the patients. This is particularly relevant because PAS are among the leading causes of maternal morbidity and mortality. PAS disorder occurs in around 1.7 per 10,000 pregnancies, are among the leading causes of maternal morbidity and mortality.
