The Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine gathers each year for the Pregnancy Meeting to share the latest innovations in research and clinical care. Through educational seminars and research presentations, we bring together MFMs in training, practicing clinicians and veterans in the field. We invite you to join us to share your clinical wisdom, your original research, and your passion for improving outcomes for mothers and babies. There will be a joint ISUOG/SMFM course at this event, please stay tuned for more details. This course will help attendees in the prenatal diagnosis of a variety of disorders by providing tips for image optimization, gaining expertise in the first trimester anatomy scan and incorporating new technologies such as MRI fusion techniques and utilizing 3D/4D imaging. The diagnosis and management of various conditions such as PASD, Cesarean Scar pregnancy, the short cervix and predicting complicated MC twins will be covered by experts in the field. A special section on the interconnected roles of ultrasound and genetic testing and prenatal diagnosis will be case based with and also include an overview of genetic syndromes and pre-recorded live scanning, and final a glimpse into future imaging modalities will be presented. Leaders from SMFM and ISUOG make up the faculty and the course will be interactive with discussion and polling.
