Insurance
It is the attendee’s own responsibility to arrange any personal travel insurance wanted or needed for entry into Hungary (and for any other countries that attendees stop at the way to Hungary).
Visas
ISUOG strongly advises that attendees only register for the World Congress once they are confident that they can legally enter Hungary/will be able to obtain a visa in time to do so. Refunds will not be provided to those who have not allowed enough time to have their visa approved, or have their visa rejected. It is the attendee’s own responsibility to check and fulfil any visa requirements for entry into Hungary (and for any other countries that attendees stop at on the way to Hungary). The official website of the Hungarian Consular Service contains information on all visa requirements for entry to Hungary. Furthermore, this website serves as an independent resource that may prove valuable for delegates who are uncertain about their visa requirements. Please note that ISUOG does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided, and does not claim liability if any information is found to be incorrect.

CME/CPD and certificates of attendance
The ISUOG World Congress 2024 has EACCME and OFTEX CME accreditation. All registered delegates who attend the Congress and complete a post-event evaluation survey will receive a certificate of attendance. All delegates will receive an online evaluation form by email (at the same email address you used to register for the Congress), after the live Congress has taken place. On completion of this online evaluation, you will be able to download your certificate of attendance. You can find out more information here.
On-demand
Most scientific program sessions will be made available on the app for registered delegates only to watch on-demand after the event. After 1 month, selected content will move to the ISUOG website, accessible for Congress delegates only for 1 year. Pre-Congress course recordings will be available for 1 month, for pre-Congress course delegates only.
Electronic Posters
Please note that Electronic Posters (EPs) will be available on the app and on screens onsite (gallery/mezzanine floor).
